Do I buy the earrings as a set?

Mix and matching jewelry is our key concept and our way to walk out the door looking really stunning. Mixing and matching jewelry will never become dull and boring with our theme’s, color accents and personalised initials. Due to this concept we sell almost all our earrings per piece. If you would like to wear it as a pair, order two pieces.

Can I swim or shower with my jewelry?

If you take care of our items the gold plating last long. Perfume and soap will fasten the fading. Be careful wearing your jewelry in a chlorinated pool or in the sea. This can do more damage in one hour than several years worth of wear and tear. Chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs, and even cleaning supplies, will attack the other metals that are alloyed with our golden coating.

The material

All our items are gold plated and made from a Brass base metal that has been dipped in a gold bath. This means the biggest part of our collection is hypoallergenic. If you have questions about a specific allergy feel free to ask. If you take care of our items the gold plating last really long. Perfume, the sea, chlorine and soap will fasten the fading.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Over 75,- we send your order with track and trace, orders with a lower amount will be send by flat rate airmail shipping. Your order fits in the mailbox (or through the slot in the door) and you do not need to sign for the package. Orders can be guaranteed by the mailbox if it meets the requirements that PostNL sets to letterboxes. It means that the free opening of the slot must be at least 265 mm long and 33 mm wide. If there is a space behind the insertion slot where the post may fall, its dimensions must be at least 270 mm x 150 mm x 380 mm (W x H x D).

We ship with the local post service in your country for highest accuracy and speed. Delivery takes around 2-4 business days in the Netherlands and international orders around 5-10 business days. Track your order over €75,- with your track and trace code. We make use of local postal services with every order below that amount, so in that case we can't give you an exact delivery date.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We ship worldwide. We always create your jewelry with love and send the package.

How is the jewelery produced? And do you have ethical policies?

All our items are handmade in our Ateliers in Haarlem by the By Nouck team. We buy our charms from an extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers. We work with ethical manufacturers from South Korea, USA, Italy and all over the world.

Can I order my necklace in a different length?

Sometimes you can, it depends on the kind of chain. Please contact our CS team with the question and the specific product so we can help you out!

Can my online order be packed as a gift?

No gift is complete until it’s all wrapped up. We add a free jewelry pouch to give and store your favorite pieces. You can find the gift options in the check out for little birthday cards and other packaging options.

Can I put together my own jewelry?

If you like to personalize the best category to look at is the "initials" . Soon we will create more options at our website. Like adding a heart or change the color.

Can I return my items?

Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for the same value or a coupon code within 30 days after receiving your package. If you made a wrong decision and you want a refund the package must be send back to us within 14 days. The shipping costs ( most of the time a post stamp ) are for the customer. We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for the maximum amount of 3 months.

Always include the RETURN FORM – BY NOUCK when returning and write down the order number, the items you return and if you would like a voucher or refund.

Personalised items like name necklaces can’t be returned. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items. Are you in doubt! Feel free to ask our CS team.

Do you offer gift cards and how to use them?

Yes we do. We sell gift cards with an amount of € 20,00 - € 30,00 - € 40,00 and € 50,00. * Please note that you can't buy a giftcard with a discount code. You can redeem your giftcard in the payment section of your order. Apply the code in the Gift Card box and push the arrow button. You can use your gift card as a payment method and combine it with a discount code* by using the same box. * You can use a maximum of 1 Gift Card and 1 discount code.

How do I track my order? / What’s my track and trace?

Shipping with track and trace is free for orders over €75,- You can find your track and trace code and the instructions in an e-mail after we prepared your order.
