What our clients have to say

Helpful Assistance.

Fast delivery (2-3 days). I ordered 3 necklaces that match the pictures on the website. Customer service was pleasant, with quick responses and helpful assistance. The packaging of the necklaces was appropriate.

I am Delighted.

Whether it’s the speed of shipping, delivery, or the quality of the products, I am delighted! I was skeptical about ordering from a site that was unknown to me and not based in France, but I do not regret it at all.

Wonderful Experience.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from ByNouck - the customer service is better than I have ever received. I want to especially thank Suzanne for helping me with my issue. I had accidentally ordered the wrong items and she kindly did all that she could to sort this issue for me. She really cares about her customers and it has made me fall in love with the brand even more. Upon receiving my jewelry, I was more than pleased! Every item looks just like the images and is beautifully crafted with amazing quality.
