Non-personalised jewelry can be returned within 14 days from its delivery day at own expense (most of the time via letter post with just some stamps). An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for a voucher code or a refund. Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
All our engraved jewelry is personalized and has its own unique character. This type of product is not eligible for return. If a mistake was made during the production process of our jewelry, we will of course look for an appropriate solution together. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind.
We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for the maximum amount of 3 months. But we take our quality very seriously and want to guarantee that every issue is individually looked at.
