Do you wish to return one or more of your items?
Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery at your own expense (usually via normal letter mail with just some stamps). An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for a voucher code or a refund. Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces unfortunately cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
All our engraved jewelry is personalized and has its own unique character. This type of product is not eligible for return. If a mistake was made during the production process of our jewelry, we will of course look for an appropriate solution together. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind. We recommend that you send your return with tracking or other proof of shipment, in case your package is lost in transit.
After purchase, there is a 6-month warranty period. When this period has expired, we can no longer tell whether a damage was caused by a production defect or personal use.
